What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Once your order is placed, our team will carefully prepare and ship your items within 24-48 hours. To ensure the fastest delivery, items may occasionally be sent in separate packages if your order includes different product types.

Your order should arrive within 2-10 business days**. Once your package is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow its journey right to your hands.
If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days please email us at thegoodgua@gmail.com

**Please note: All shipping timeframes are calculated from the advertised dispatch date. If your item has a pre-order date (displayed in brackets next to the product name), this will be the dispatch date. The delivery timeframe begins once the item ships on that date. If there’s no date listed next to the product name, great news it’s ready to ship immediately!

Can I return my order for a refund?

We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged.
Please contact our support team at thegoodgua@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the fault. One of our team will be happy to help.

We give you 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund.
You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product and has been inspected and found defective, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase.
Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.

Any items returned to us that do not meet our returns criteria will be sent back to you.

We can only accept returned skincare items if they are unopened and unused.

Please note, that any items purchased as part of a bundle must be returned as a full bundle. We don't accept individual items.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Your refund will be processed once your return has been received and inspected.

Your return will be inspected within 14 days of receipt.

If approved, your refund will be issued back to the original payment method on your order.

All refunds can take up to 72 hours to appear back in your account from being issued.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent we will no longer be able to cancel your order.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at thegoodgua@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is packed and sent. The journey from The Good Gua HQ to your doorstep begins.

You can expect your order to arrive within 2-10 business days* Australia wide from the date of purchase.
Pre-order and International orders may vary.

*Please note: While our shipping provider aims to deliver within these timeframes, unexpected delays can occasionally occur. If this happens, your tracking number may display a “delayed”delivery date.
